To use Game2Over, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country.
• Have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Platform with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Game2Over reserves the right to request age verification or identity verification where necessary.

To access certain features, you must create a Game2Over account. You agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You will immediately notify Game2Over if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared, rented, or assigned to another individual.

To maintain fairness across the platform:

• Each individual may own only one Game2Over account.
• Multiple accounts created by the same person are prohibited.
• Creating additional accounts to obtain extra rewards, bonuses, referrals, or promotional benefits is strictly forbidden.

Game2Over may use automated and manual verification methods to detect duplicate or related accounts. Accounts found violating this rule may be suspended, permanently terminated, or have rewards removed.

You agree to use Game2Over honestly and responsibly. You must not:

Game2Over reserves the right to investigate any activity that appears abusive or fraudulent.

Game2Over is committed to providing a fair experience for every player. Activities that may result in account action include, but are not limited to:

Multiple accounts, fake identities, account sharing, VPN or proxy abuse to bypass regional restrictions, emulator abuse where prohibited, automated gameplay, artificial traffic generation, fraudulent survey participation, offer manipulation, chargebacks related to promotional activities, referral abuse, exploiting software bugs, or attempting to interfere with platform systems.

Game2Over's decisions regarding platform integrity are final.

Game2Over currently operates virtual platform currencies including, but not limited to: Z Dollar (Z$) and Nitro Coin (NC).

These virtual currencies:

• Exist exclusively within the Game2Over platform.
• Are not legal tender, cryptocurrencies, or bank-issued currencies.
• Do not represent stocks, securities, investments, or financial products.
• May not be sold, transferred, traded, or exchanged outside Game2Over unless expressly permitted.

Virtual currencies remain part of the Game2Over ecosystem and are subject to modification, suspension, or discontinuation at any time.

Z Dollar (Z$) is the official virtual rewards currency of Game2Over. It is used to calculate eligible reward values for qualifying activities completed on the Platform.

The internal reward conversion rate published by Game2Over is provided solely for reward calculation purposes and does not grant Z Dollar any independent cash value outside the Platform. Meeting a specific Z Dollar balance does not automatically entitle a user to receive a payout.

All redemption requests remain subject to reward verification, account standing, fraud prevention checks, minimum redemption thresholds, and applicable platform policies.

Game2Over may require users to achieve certain account progression milestones before becoming eligible for specific platform features, including reward redemption.

These requirements may include account level, rank status, achievements, activity history, virtual currency balances, verification status, or other eligibility criteria established by Game2Over.

Achieving the required account level or rank does not guarantee approval of any reward redemption request. All reward requests remain subject to applicable verification procedures, fraud prevention checks, account standing requirements, and compliance with Game2Over policies.

Game2Over provides users with opportunities to earn virtual rewards through eligible activities available on the Platform (playing browser games, daily missions, seasonal events, offerwalls, surveys, referrals, and promotional campaigns). Not all activities guarantee rewards; rewards are granted only after successful verification.

Some rewards are provided through independent third-party partners (Offerwall providers, survey providers, ad networks). Game2Over does not control offer availability, survey qualification/disqualification, advertiser decisions, tracking systems, or payment approval.

If a third-party provider declines, reverses, or invalidates an activity, Game2Over may also remove or decline the associated reward. Final approval depends on the provider's verification systems.

Maintaining a fair ecosystem is essential. Game2Over uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts, fake identities, VPN/proxy abuse, device spoofing, emulator abuse, automated scripts, survey fraud, and payment manipulation.

Game2Over may investigate any account at any time. Failure to cooperate during an investigation may result in account restrictions.

Game2Over reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Actions may include temporary or permanent suspension, reward removal, balance adjustments, referral cancellation, redemption cancellation, feature restrictions, or permanent account closure.

These actions may be taken with or without prior notice when necessary to protect the Platform.

To maintain platform efficiency, Game2Over may classify accounts as inactive after an extended period without meaningful activity. Inactive accounts may become subject to account review, feature limitations, promotional eligibility changes, or removal of temporary bonuses.

While we strive to maintain continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Platform may occasionally become unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, security updates, software upgrades, network failures, third-party outages, or force majeure events.

Game2Over reserves the right to modify or discontinue at any time: reward values, conversion rates, redemption thresholds, Nitro Coin requirements, available payment methods, supported countries, platform features, promotional campaigns, and earning opportunities.

Earnings are not guaranteed. Available opportunities vary by country, advertiser participation, and user qualification. Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as a promise of income, employment, financial return, or guaranteed profit.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Game2Over, its owners, employees, affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform.

This includes, but is not limited to: lost profits, lost opportunities, lost rewards, service interruptions, data loss, third-party provider decisions, technical failures, or payment delays caused by verification or external partners.

Users access and use the Platform at their own risk and acknowledge that certain services depend on third-party systems beyond Game2Over's direct control.

All content on Game2Over (software, design, graphics, logos, source code, virtual currencies, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to Game2Over and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without written permission.

By submitting content (usernames, comments, feedback, reviews), you grant Game2Over a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content. You remain responsible for your content and agree not to upload illegal, infringing, or harmful material.

Game2Over integrates third-party services (offerwalls, survey providers, payment processors, analytics, cloud providers). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and Game2Over is not responsible for their content, decisions, or actions.

Your privacy is important to us. Collection, storage, and processing of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Game2Over, you consent to the processing of your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including continuous availability, error-free operation, or guaranteed rewards.

Game2Over shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, power failures, labor disputes, or third-party service failures.

Game2Over is not responsible for losses, delays, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party providers, payment processors, advertising partners, technical issues, or service interruptions.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws governing the operation of Game2Over. Users are responsible for complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Game2Over may update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be accompanied by an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Reward Policy, Fair Use Policy, Community Guidelines, Cookie Policy, and Anti-Fraud Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Game2Over regarding your use of the Platform.
