The Digital Services Act (DSA) is a landmark European Union regulation that came into effect to create a safer, more transparent, and accountable digital environment. 2. Reporting Illegal Content

If you encounter any content on Game2Over that you believe is illegal or violates our Terms of Use, please report it immediately to our designated contact point above.

Please include the following information in your report:

• A precise explanation of why you believe the content is illegal.
• A clear indication of the electronic location of the content (e.g., the URL).
• Your name and email address (unless reporting an offense deemed to involve sexual abuse of children etc).

3. Content Moderation

Game2Over hosts HTML5 games provided by third-party developers and distributors. We strive to ensure that all content is appropriate for our audience.

We employ a combination of manual review and reliance on our trusted partners to moderate content. If notified of illegal or inappropriate content, we aim to act expeditiously to remove or disable access to such content.

We display advertisements to support our free services. These ads are primarily delivered by Google AdSense and other advertising networks.

6. Information on Average Monthly Active Recipients

Under Article 24 of the Digital Services Act, online platforms are required to publish transparent information regarding the average monthly active recipients of their service in the European Union. This transparency requirement helps regulators and users understand the scale and reach of online platforms operating in the EU.

As of the date of this publication, Game2Over falls below the threshold of 45 million monthly active recipients in the European Union required to be designated as a "Very Large Online Platform" (VLOP). While we are not currently classified as a VLOP, we voluntarily adhere to many best practices and transparency measures outlined in the DSA to ensure user safety and platform accountability.

We will continue to monitor our user numbers and engagement metrics in the EU on an ongoing basis. Should our platform reach the VLOP threshold in the future, we will immediately comply with all additional obligations required for Very Large Online Platforms, including enhanced risk assessments, independent audits, and more comprehensive transparency reporting. We are committed to maintaining accurate and up-to-date information about our platform's reach and impact.

7. User Rights and Redress Mechanisms

The DSA establishes important rights for users of online platforms. Game2Over is committed to respecting and facilitating these rights. Users have the right to receive clear information about why content was removed or restricted, the right to contest content moderation decisions through our internal complaint-handling system, and the right to seek out-of-court dispute settlement through certified dispute settlement bodies.
