Game2Over is committed to full compliance with the DSA and all applicable EU regulations. As an online platform providing digital services to users in the European Union, we recognize our responsibilities under the DSA and are dedicated to maintaining transparency, protecting user rights, and ensuring a safe gaming environment.

In accordance with Article 11 of the Digital Services Act, Game2Over has designated a single point of contact to facilitate direct communication with Member State authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services, and recipients of our service. You may contact our designated DSA contact point electronically at: game2overofficial@gmail.com. For official communications with regulatory authorities, communications should be in English.

Content Moderation

Game2Over hosts HTML5 games provided by third-party developers and distributors. We strive to ensure that all content is appropriate for our audience. We employ a combination of manual review and reliance on our trusted partners to moderate content. If notified of illegal or inappropriate content, we aim to act expeditiously to remove or disable access to such content.

05

Protection of Minors

Game2Over is committed to providing a safe environment. We do not strictly verify the age of our users, but we aim to curate games that are suitable for a general audience. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's online activity.

06

Advertising Transparency

We display advertisements to support our free services. These ads are primarily delivered by Google AdSense and other advertising networks. For information on how ads are targeted and how to control your ad preferences, please refer to our Privacy Policy and the ad provider's transparency tools such as Google's Ad Choices.

Average Monthly Active Recipients

Under Article 24 of the Digital Services Act, online platforms are required to publish transparent information regarding the average monthly active recipients of their service in the European Union. As of the date of this publication, Game2Over falls below the threshold of 45 million monthly active recipients in the EU required to be designated as a Very Large Online Platform (VLOP). We will continue to monitor our user numbers and comply with all additional obligations should we reach the VLOP threshold in the future.
